Celebrating

I know it is not done. Writers do not share their sales figures – unless they are in the Amanda Hocking league.

But today I´ll just forget about what other writers do because I know you will all be so happy for me.

In ten months (and nine days to be precise) I have sold 1,000 copies of “The Cosy Knave”.

No cheating; I have not counted ARCs, and I have not even counted a few copies of “Murder deLight” which is the new British title of the novel.

I am so happy, so proud and so excited – and I want to share this moment with you, all my dear and faithful blog friends – because without your help and support I would never have reached this milestone so soon.

I somehow missed this due to some computer issues I was having, but that is fantastic. Hope you’re working on the series.

I plan to publish a Scandinavian mystery in September/October (serious crime, but not gory, of course). If all goes well I hope I can write most of the second Gershwin & Penrose novel this summer, but much depends on the health of the whole family).
