Sunday & Such

Tomorrow is l-day (or b-day or p-day or whatever) so I think today is the perfect opportunity to send a warm thank you to Ellen, my Danish blog friend, who has allowed me to pick and choose among her wonderful pictures of a most charming house for the cover of “The Cosy Knave”. She is a marvellous photographer, and if you want to praise her pictures, don´t worry about leaving a comment, her English is excellent.

I have had my doubts as most people out there discourage writers from creating their own covers, but you could say that another blog friend tested it for me yesterday, and I am more than satisfied with the reactions. So if the book flops, it will NOT be because of Ellen´s lovely picture.

Another group of friends who deserve to be mentioned are the five people who gave me invaluable advice on language and content during the process. Thank you so much to Bente, Bernadette, Margot, Elisabeth and Miriam!

And thank you to other friends who offered their help – I know who you are so you shouldn´t feel too safe yet 😉
